Alyson Luftig


Alyson Luftig is on the firm’s medical malpractice team handling all pre-trial litigation for complex matters. She is a 2012 graduate of Pace Law School, where she wrote as a staff writer for the newspaper, “Hearsay.” Alyson also wrote an article published by Above the Law and, entitled “The Dangers of Remaining Silent on Mental Health.” She additionally serves on the New York City Bar Association’s Mental Health Law committee. Alyson applies her demonstrated interest in medical law to her work at Gordon & Silber, which includes all stages of litigation, suit evaluation, legal and medical research, motion practice, and trial preparation. Prior to joining Gordon & Silber, Alyson worked in civil litigation and worked on the class action and financial systems teams at a legal claim administration firm.
