Bill Gianaris is a trial attorney who has litigated and tried numerous high-exposure cases in the fields of medical malpractice and general liability. Mr. Gianaris has more than 18 years of experience in the area of medical malpractice defense. Before that, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County in various bureaus, including Homicide/Investigations, Organized Crime, trials, Appeals, and as Chief of the Airport Investigations Unit. Mr. Gianaris earned his undergraduate degree from Fordham University (summa cum laude) and his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School. He also earned a Master’s of Law from New York University. He is admitted to practice law in New York State, the Southern and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court for New York and the United States Supreme Court. Aside from his responsibilities at the firm, Mr. Gianaris is also an Administrative Law Judge for Westchester County. He has earned the distinction of being named as a Super Lawyer in the field of medical malpractice defense in three out of the last six years.
