Michael Johnson is an associate on the firm’s general liability team, focusing on the defense of individuals, property owners, businesses, and other entities in actions involving automobile accidents and premises liability. He’s a 2017 graduate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was the President of the Student Mentor Program and the Senior Notes Editor of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy, & Ethics Journal, where he published an article titled “The ‘CSI Effect’: TV Crime Dramas’ Impact on Justice”. Prior to joining Gordon & Silber, Michael was an Assistant District Attorney in in the Narcotics & Gangs Investigation Bureau of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. During his time at the District Attorney’s office, he handled all aspects of criminal litigation, from pre-indictment to sentencing. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
