William Tock is an associate in the firm’s medical malpractice group. He defends physicians and hospitals facing claims of negligence and medical malpractice. William received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2016 where he was President of the LGBTQ Law Student Association, and graduated from Gettysburg College in 2013 with a B.A. in English Literature. Prior to joining Gordon & Silber, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Narcotics & Gangs Investigation Bureau. As an Assistant District Attorney William handled all aspects of litigation of criminal cases, from intake to sentencing. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
